Subscription FAQ

Logging in on a mobile device:

On the hamburger menu, choose Login

Login to your account

Under your email address - click "Manage Subscriptions"

Under your name, there is a drop down menu.

Select the item you want to view or update.

Subscriptions - At top of page you can edit your shipping address. You can view the items you are currently subscribed to. Scroll over to the far right and you will see EDIT or CANCEL. You can cancel your subscription or edit the items you are subscribed to.

Delivery schedule - You can update when you receive your subscriptions, or skip one.

Billing information - You can edit your credit card and billing address. 

Purchase history - all of the order you've submitted in the past. Click on an order number to view it. 


Logging In from a computer

From the home page, log into your account using the person icon at the top right of the screen and you will see your Customer Portal.  You can make many changes to your subscription in your portal.  Contact Customer Service if you have any questions or issues.  

Managing your information 

On the left side of the screen, under your name, click on Manage Subscriptions. This will allow you to view all of the details of your account, including billing information. 

Cancelling a Subscription or change your subscription item

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click Manage Subscriptions, then the Subscriptions option, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product. You can also change the product you receive each month by choosing edit.

Updating Billing Information

After you've clicked on Manage Subscriptions from the main account page, click on the title Billing Information to find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.

Skipping a Delivery

Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery you can click Skip to the right of each one.

Update Shipping Address

Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

You will be taken to a page where you can modify any of the fields pictured below.

Adding a Product to the Subscription

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
